Directions:

Great protein treatment

I use this in place of Olaplex, following things like bleach or a perm. It has done a fantastic job of repairing my hair, leaving it so silky soft that you wouldn't know it had been treated so badly! But honestly, a great product, I have purchased a few times and will do again.
