Where has this been all my life?! This is one amazing hair tool every person needs to have effortless and very long lasting had a solid 4 days of curls amazing very much recommended

My daughter has wanted a Miracurl after trying out a friends. So I purchased this for her for Christmas. It is going to save me money as she will now be able to curl her own thick long hair instead of the hairdresser. Purchased this item this week and with this price expected a quality product. I am not happy with this product at all. Does not grab the hair and does not make a curl. And when I have tried to return because it is not producing the curl it was advertiser, this Company will not allow me to return it. Definitely won't be purchasing through this company again.
