I've been trying out a few products from this line and I've got to say that this one was a big disappointment. I do a weekly mask for my hair and love to take the time to apply it to my hair, wrap in plastic and then put on a warm polar fleece hat to let it all soak in. I did the same with this product, leaving it on for about an hour. I rinsed out in the shower and my hair did not feel or look in any way improved as it normally would after a nice deep conditioning treatment - ie this Christophe Robin mask did NOT provide any increased shine, softness, manageability or silkiness that I would normally expect right after a mask. Very disappointing! I might as well have put a cheap supermarket conditioner on and got the same effect. For the price you pay for this high-end brand, I would expect at least better than that. I won't be repurchasing. I'll use up the rest in the shower as a normal back-up conditioner.
