Achieve enviable coverage with The Ordinary Serum Foundation by The Ordinary Colours; a lightweight formula that arrives in a comprehensive shade range.
The foundation effortlessly glides over the visage, offering medium coverage with a lightweight, serum feel. Utilising treated pigments suspended in The Ordinary’s proprietary spreadability system, the foundation guarantees a natural looking, long-lasting finish that resists collecting in fine lines and appearing cakey.
The makeup is available in 21 different shades, which are divided up into 3 categories. 1 is designed for fair to lighter skin tones, 2 for medium tones and 3 for dark. Each category is classified further by a second digit ranging from 1 to 3, to indicate its depth within a category. Finally, the letter at the end of the shade indicates its undertone; P for pink, R for red, N for neutral and Y for yellow.
A small number of shades boast an additional letter, S for silver highlights and G for gold. These foundations are infused with fine dispersions of metallic effect pigments, which add a luminous radiance to the complexion.

I've tried so many foundations over the years; fenty, nars, estre lauder, etc. I don't think I will ever buy an expensive foundation again. This is so freaking good. If you're worried about coverage, I have reasonably bad acne scarring and I feel comfortable going out of the house with just this on, if I can be bothered I will put on a bit of concealer on darker spots. The foundation itself I would describe as soft matte, its matte but doesn't look cakey, it has a very soft blurred look that I love, looks very natural. My favourite thing about this is that you can use a brush to apply if you want to or if I'm in a rush/can't be bothered you can just use your fingers and it looks great. My only sort of negative comment would be just make sure you give your T zone a good exfoliation before applying as it does show up the pores texture on my nose if I don't cleanse properly, but thats an easy fix! So worth it for the money

Great value foundation
Love the serum foundation. It’s great for everyday wear and is decent coverage considering how watery it is. It goes on smoothly and dries a nice sheer velvety finish.

For the first time I am able to get a light foundation in exactly the right shade. No mean feat, considering I have spent years and a small fortune trying to find it. Easy to apply, and a perfect level of coverage.

feather light foundation
This foundation really works on my skin. This foundation is very light. My skin won't be oily and shining in the afternoon. I chose 1.2P for my skin. I have very fair skin. And the price is really beautiful. It's so worth to have it.
