After reading the great reviews here, I decided to try this for my fine lines, dark circles and puffiness around my eyes. Unfortunately after 5 weeks of using it (am and pm, but mainly am), Im not seeing any improvement. My fine lines and crows feet are the same, no lightness with my dark circles and puffiness. It did however deliver on the hydration, my eyes were felt softer and hydrated even after a long day at work.
I have normal/combination type skin and hormonal acne skin particularly around the jawline, didn't feel any tingling or pain from this cream, it's soft and smells light, but did not live up to my expectations based on past reviews and the benefits of this product unfortunately.
I have been using this product for 3 weeks now and definitely see an improvement around my eyes and firming of my neck.
I have tried a few eye serums but this one is something else!! Helps my dark circles and reduces lines. My eyes have never been so hydrated - 10/10 in my opinion. So good!
I really enjoy using this product specifically as a Neck Cream.
It is deeply nourishing yet absorbs well.
However, when I recently ordered two I received only one and another incorrect product.
I would have expected Ry to perhaps issue me with a Credit Note (if not a refund) given their error.
I was required instead to return the item to them. This is an inconvenience to customers and I would have expected better RY.
I do not intend to make any future purchases with RY as other beauty sites offer superior customer service!
I love the texture of this cream and the feel on my skin. I don't yet notice a big difference as my skin is well aged and I wonder why the nozzle is so large for eye use.
