Would not recommend.... has caused breakage

I don't want others to be caught buying this product. I've been using straighteners for over 20 years so I know what I'm doing. I only use salon products and I use heat protector. After about 5 days I noticed shorter layers on the top of my hair and so did a work colleague. I've stopped using it and have contacted customer service. I've provided the information and pics but 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for a resolution. At the moment I'm left without a straightener and money out of pocket. I'm not impressed.

Wouldn't recommend

I wouldn't recommend this product. I've had hair breakage despite using good shampoo and conditioner and heat protect spray. I've got a request in with the customer care team at the moment but have potentially wasted over $100 so I won't be able to afford another one to replace it.
