The Clinique Pep-Start Hydroblur Moisturiser can be used in a number of different ways to solve oily skin problems. This nifty moisturiser can be used as a primer to prep the skin before makeup, over makeup to retouch the skin or just as a moisturiser to hydrate the face. It minimises the appearance of open pores and fine lines, helps reduce surface shine and hydrates the skin all at the same time for a matte, naturally perfect finish. The Hydroblur moisturiser is super lightweight and the oil-free formula moisturises the skin without being greasy.

You can use this moisturiser on clean skin, after toning for 24-hour hydration, as a base for your foundation, powder or over makeup whenever necessary. Apply a small amount on your face, and gently massage it until it is completely dry before proceeding to add anything else on your face. Avoid contact with the area during application. Recommended for oily, normal and combination skin types.
