1. Cleanse and dry your skin, keeping it free of any skincare. No serums, moisturizers or night creams before you patch.
2. Peel away the plastic layer from the patch to reveal the adhesive and stick it in place on your forehead.
3. For best results, wear overnight while you sleep or for 1-2 hours for a boost. Tip: We sometimes even wear one during the day, hidden under a baseball cap.
4. After using, gently peel off the Silicone Patch and stick it back onto the enclosed storage sheet to store. Bonus: They're reusable up to 8-10 times!
