A hand-crafted lavender and wheat pillow you can warm in the microwave or chill in the freezer to soothe tight, tired muscles.

Tension settles in the same few places — neck, shoulders, lower back. This hand-crafted pillow is filled with Australian-grown lavender and wheat and shaped to sit across them.
Warm it in the microwave for heat that eases tight, worked muscles, or keep it in the freezer and use it cold. Either way the lavender releases a calming aroma as the pillow does its work, which is half the reason people reach for it.
Each pillow is wrapped in ‘Water Weeds’, artwork by Eileen Forrest of Marnin Studio, a social enterprise supporting women in the remote Fitzroy Valley communities of the West Kimberley.

How To Use
How To Use
When using cold: Ensure the pillow has been in the freezer for at least 30 minutes prior to use.
When using warm: Place the pillow in the centre of the microwave.
Make sure the pillow is flat for even heating.

Maximum heating time 700 watts: 3 mins 1000 watts: 2:30 mins 1200 watts : 2 mins Storage: Store in the freezer in a clean waterproof bag when not in use.
