How To Use
Apply either around the lower lashes, above the upper lashes or all over the eyelid as a base for the Eye Shadows. Apply INIKA Eye Shadow over the top of INIKA Eye Liner and it will draw out the pigment in the shadow to give you a dramatic effect.
