Collagen Beauty Mix 12 grams (1 heaped tablespoon) daily into any liquid of choice, such as coffee, smoothies, juices and soups. Alternatively, add to foods like yoghurt, oats, and baking. Collagen Beauty is unflavoured, odourless and dissolves in hot & cold liquid.

Collagen Hot Chocolate Add 10 grams (1 heaped tablespoon) to 200 mL of hot milk of choice. Stir to combine. Alternatively, add to cold milk for a delicious iced chocolate.
