I bought a waxing pot off this site and got it and it was totally fine so I decided to order off this site again but buy a kit for my business.
They sent me the wrong order and no one at this company is helping me get the product I ordered.
Very disappointed within this company and never ordering from again.
Love the scissors, feel good in the hand and cut well. The brush is also good.
The tweezers do the job however I prefer the my usual brand so for the extra money I'd go with them next time.
Absolute pathetic excuse for a business.
I purchased a wax pot kit on the 24th of November and I picked it up from the post office today 3rd of December, when I got my parcel it contained brow sissors, tweezers and an eyebrow spoolie in it and that was it. But that wasn't even in the wax kit that I ordered. I then rang them and I was told how sorry they are and that what I ordered is out of stock so they'll give me a refund. They didn't have the decency to email me and tell that it's out of stock so instead they send me something that I DIDNT ORDER!!
I will never order from this site again!!
I still have not received a refund.
I hope you lose all your customers and get this business shut down.
Scissors are great, feel good in the hand and cut very well. The eyebrow brush is also good.
The tweezers do the job but I definitely prefer the usual brand I use which are more expensive but worth the extra money.
