Cedarwood and frankincense give it a warm, resinous, almost ceremonial quality; lavender keeps it soft. The effect is grounding rather than stimulating, which is exactly what you want when the aim is to stay still.
Add a few drops to your endota oil burner or diffuser before you begin.
