I make sure I use this stuff every single time I style/blow dry my hair. I get foils done every six weeks and so of course struggle with keeping my hair healthy, add in constant blow drying and my hair is a little worse for wear. This is a lifesaver. When I apply before blow drying, the difference is huge to when I dont. My hair frizzes out, breaks and is generally quite a pain but when I add this, it is easier to manage, it controls the fly aways and I dont feel like I have just removed a year of my hair's life in one heat wave blow. My hair always feels nice and soft and sits perfectly when I use this.
