I purchased these curling tongs from Price Attack and was told that I would be able to achieve curls / beach waves. I have not been been able to achieve curls or waves, despite trying different heat settings, watching YouTube videos on how to use them and also following the instructions given by person who sold them to me. Price Attack say they don't offer exchanges or refunds and Babyliss say they will only replace the product if it is faulty. So I have been sold a product that doesn't do what it advertises to do. I have also received zero care factor from the shop who sold it to me and the makers of the product. Thank you Babyliss - I feel like I have just thrown $150 down the drain. My recommendation - DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. STICK TO THE BETTER KNOWN OR MORE EXPENSIVE BRANDS.

This curler I find is perfect for my fine hair! It heats up super quick and makes my hair look really shiny. The curls are nice and bouncy and last all night long :)
