This is the worst ‘colour-protecting' shampoo I've ever used. Prior to using this, I'd been using a sulphate-free shampoo that wasn't marketed as colour-protecting, but I thought I'd give this Nak shampoo a try. I hadn't lost any colour at all with my previous shampoo, but upon my first use of this Nak product, I was astounded at how much colour went down the drain as I rinsed out the shampoo. You can't find the ingredients list for this anywhere, and no wonder, as it's full of sulphates. It was also quite drying. It also leaked everywhere in the box when I received it. To be fair, this wasn't the fault of the shampoo, it was just poorly packaged, but dealing with customer service over this has been rather frustrating. Overall, very unhappy and obviously, I would not recommend.
Absolutely love this shampoo (and the conditioner) - leaves my hair silky soft for days and it smells freaking amazing. It's a big bottle too which is a bonus.
I used these exact products a few years ago and loved them, they made my hair feel like I had walked out of a salon but this time around its not the experience i remember. My hair has fly aways. It feels smooth but not salon quality.
