Work conditioner through clean, wet hair from roots to ends. Leave on up-to 3 minutes, then rinse. Style as desired. For best results, use after cleansing with our with SheaMoisture Hydrate + Repair Shampoo.

Unfortunately it isn't great for my naturally coarse curly and coloured hair. Left my hair matted and rough. one pump didn't do anything. After several pumps, more manageable but knotted
I think this may the worst conditioner I ever used. I need to use about three times as much as other products to be able to rub it in my hair. It doesn't smell nice, it makes my hair feel hard and super knotted. After I towel dry my hair it is so bad, I can hardly brush it and it feels like straw. It does more damage than good to my hair. Unfortunately I gave up using it. Very disappointing as I really wanted a product that will help my hair.
