Directions
Distribute over clean damp hair. Leave in for 3 to 5 minutes, comb and rinse. For particularly damaged hair cover the hair with a cap and leave under a heat source for 5 minutes, cool off and then rinse.

Love this product I won't use anything else
I swim laps up to 5 days a week for almost an hour at a time. I'm also 65 years old, so my long hair is drier, thinner and more brittle than it used to be. To repair any chlorine damage, I wash my hair at the pool and apply the Integrity Intensive Treatment which I leave on for 20 to 30 minutes. After rinsing it out my hair feels soft and silky. I follow up with Milkshakes Whipped Cream Leave in Foam which keeps the moisture in without weighing down my fine hair.
A bonus for me is that even though I usually look for unscented products as I find most scented products overpowering, the Milkshake brand is delicately scented with 'delicious' scents. The Integrity Intensive Treatment smells like bubblegum to me, and takes me back to my childhood.
I happily recommend this product.
