With the inclusion of Procapil, the hair root is strengthened, anchoring hair at the root to reduce shedding. The MEA-18 component forms a weightless seal around the hair shaft, effectively locking in moisture and smoothing frizz. This breakthrough innovation helps create perfectly bundled, glossy, bouncy curls.
