With medium length, blonde hair that requires drying and straightening most days - i can say this is ABSOLUTELY worth your precious dollars ladies! I seem to always have fly aways especially on the top of my head and the Parlux 385 DOES reduce frizziness and fly aways. It makes my hair silky silky smooth which in effect reduces the time to straighten it. This baby is worth investing it. I am someone who felt a little sick spending this sort of money on a hairdryer - when i do love letting it dry naturally! BUT who doesn't want to spend their weekdays longer in bed, even if it is an extra 5 minutes because this is what this bad boy can do. Ohhh and the colour is marvvy, it is beautiful. Hello a nice light 500grams, meaning no arm aches. The cord is LONG, which for travelling does mean a little extra weight and space - It really is THE ONLY downside! I am looking forward to viewing some morning blow dry tutorials to really get the most of my Parlux 385. I would love to try the additional silencer to see how quiet this baby really does blow!

After receiving an incorrect item I had a long emailed conversation (over a few weeks) where they offered as a gesture of goodwill that I could keep the item (not wanted and of no use to me). They then sent out a replacement and lo and behold it was the same incorrect item that I already have so now I have two unwanted items of no use to me. I asked for a prepaid satchel to return the items but no - I have to package and pay for them to be returned and then get a refund. Unfortunately I don't trust them to do the right thing so looks like I'm stuck with them and out of pocket for the pleasure. Won't be dealing with this company again.
Does not suit the parlux power light ceramic 385 as the description states. Still waiting to get the correct product delivered after several weeks which is super frustrating. No one can get back to me with an answer as to when/if I can get the correct product at all. Have used RY many times in the past with no issues but they have really dropped the ball on this one.
