Directions
The fine-tip, precision applicator is the perfect length and shape to mark out a feline flick. Hold it at the outer corner of the eye and angle the tip towards the end of the brow. Dab the wand onto the skin to release product. Mark out the shape of your flick, continue to fill in and perfect your line.

Awesome, perfect black colour and easy to use
The Napoleon matte Eye Ink is one of the best liquid eyeliners I have ever used. It dries quickly, is a nice matte black and can draw impeccable winged lines with ease. Highly recommend for beginners and pros alike!
Winged linger is a daunting part of my morning but the NP matte ink goes on nice and smooth and is easy to correct. Good for beginners!
The little nib is hard to get used to, so I wouldn't recommend it to first-time eyeliner users. However it's so great. Stays perfect for my entire 8 hour shift. It's a super dark black too, which makes your eyes really pop. I didn't actually notice how the deep black matters to the quality of your look until I bought this eyeliner. By far the best eyeliner I ever bought! I've even been for four km runs during my lunch break, and it stays perfect. And it's actually cheaper than my other eyeliners. Beyond impressed. Would recommend to everyone, unless you're new to eyeliner (then I would suggest the pen style eyeliner)
