2. Apply to dull or dry ends for extra luminosity.
3. Apply to fingers and gently rake through the hair for lighten up layers.

Pop & Lock:
On Dry Hair
1. Apply a few drops to hands.
2. Distribute evenly through the hair, concentrating on mid-length and ends.
3. Style as desired.

On Wet Hair:
1. Apply a few drops to your hands.
2. Smooth lightly, section by section, for a frizz-free, glossy finish.
