1. Dampen hair and apply directly to the scalp in partings approximately 3 centimetres (1 inch) apart. 2. Gently massage into the scalp. A cooling, tingling sensation can be expected. 3. Leave on for 10-20 minutes, rinse well, then follow with shampoo and conditioner.
