After cleansing in the PM, moisten cotton round and sweep skin treatment over face avoiding eyes. allow face to dry and follow with your regular skincare routine. Recommended usage: 5 times per week, build up to this over 2 weeks starting once every 3 days, and increasing use as skin tolerates.
