Apply to clean, wet hair and work it evenly through the hair. Leave on for 2-3 minutes, or 5-7 minutes for more intense toning results. Rinse thoroughly and follow with Perfect Blonde Conditioner. Use as needed to neutralize unwanted yellow or brassy tones.
