This is the most effective and gentle mouturising eye make up remover I have tried. So happy to have finally found my ultimate eye makeup remover.
I was really impressed with this balm I use a brand of eyeliner that is quite difficult to remove and this does wonders. It doesn't sting or make your eyes rub and sore. it says to use a blob but you don't need much to get the job done. I was also worried at first I thought the container was going to be small but it is quite big so that's a plus.
Want to know how good this make up remover balm is? Well, hypothetically, if I decided to swatch 20 liquid lipsticks for fun one after the other (yep, I really did that lol) you'd think that I'd probably remove my entire lips in the process right? Not if I laid some of this divine invention down between each coat! It literally MELTS liquid lipstick AND any waterproof make up you have on. I applied it like a typical lip balm (a little thicker though of course), rubbing it in, let it sit a few seconds and then wiped away with a make up towel. Boom. Gone. No sore lips. WOW! But how does it go everywhere else you say? Well, take a small amount on your fingertips and rub them together to warm it up. Then, smooth it all over your face, not just your eyes, and then again like before, let it sit a few seconds and then wipe away with a make up towel. Too easy. No oily residue afterwards and your skin is not dried out or sore. I'd say this is PARTICULARLY suited to normal to dry/older skin especially but my daughter has normal/combination skin and it works great for her too. It's great stuff. Buy a tin. Maybe buy two or three - because once you use it, you wont ever want to use anything else!
