Not happy

Why would I be sent cleansers that aren’t in their original packing. The tubes itself sealed with Cello tape across the lid. Inner seal already tempered with. And, I’ve provided feedback on PayPal and no one has contacted me for return / refund.
Not happy with the purchase.
