Following Step 1: SILKY:SMOOTH Active Wash, apply Step 2: SILKY:SMOOTH Hydrating Complex from roots to ends. Leave in hair for 1 to 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with Step 3: SILKY:SMOOTH Heat Activator.
