Directions

Charge the device fully using the USB cable (LED turns blue when done). Attach the gel pad to the back of the Aura device. Clean and dry your skin (lower abdomen or back – no creams or oils). Stick the device to your skin where you feel pain. Turn it on by holding the power button. Select a mode (6 options) with short presses of the power button. Adjust intensity using the + and – buttons (20 levels available). Run a 20-minute session; repeat if needed (battery lasts ~5 hours). Turn off by holding the power button. Store properly by reapplying the protective film and placing it in the case.
