Collection is 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday. Over Christmas the hours change as below.

Order by 7am on Wed 23 December to collect before 11am on Thursday the 24th.
- Please wait for the confirmation email telling you your order is ready for collection before you come in.
- There may be some delays in processing orders for pickup during this period.
Important Info
- All times are AEST (Queensland time). Orders are dispatched from our Gold Coast warehouse.
- Orders placed by 6pm on the date shown are dispatched the next business day.
- These dates are based on the recommended last sending dates published by Australia Post, and on Standard and International we hold a day in hand on top of them. They assume we have every item on your order in stock.
- Dates above are for METRO AREAS If you are outside a capital city, order earlier again. Cut-offs for country and remote addresses can be up to a week before the dates above.
- Delivery timeframes are a guide, not a guarantee. Once a parcel leaves us it is in the carrier’s hands, and this time of year is the heaviest the delivery network will be.
- Ordering after these dates is still fine — your parcel will be on its way as quickly as we can get it out.
