Dr. Hauschka Defining Mascara

Mascara very watery have to blot on a tissue before using or black marks are left on my eyelids & face. Endless contacts with customer service to exchange, their response was disgusting they dragged the matter for 2 months replying only twice. I spent a lot of money buying from this site, it's ok when we spend money and don't complain but when after spending all this money we receive a faulty item and want to exchange they stop responding, Di they think they're the only site available?!
I've completely stopped purchasing from this place...and spreading words of their unprofessional, unethical disgusting service and in my business I know many people!

I contacted customer service and Abi replied with done questions she required to be answered which I did but I never heard back, 2 emails so far & no reply.

Dr Hauschka's defining mascara, in 01 black always leaving black smudges under my eyes even hours after applying, I've never experienced this with any mascara, it's of bad quality would like to return or exchange for something better. Thanks
