EYE OF HORUS BROW DEFINE PENCIL - HUSK 0.08G

Ultimate Brow define liners are formulated using Coconut and Candelilla wax as a foundation and contain caster oil for strengthening and growth. Like all Eye of Horus products it's paraben free. With a Slimline pointed tip it contours and fills in colour with controlled artistry for perfect arches. Add shape, colour and definition in one streamlined tool. It has a twist up applicator which assists with product control and a spoolie brush- to comb through colour and smudge strokes. Once applied it will not smudge and is waterproof.
