I have just received this wonderful birthday treat to myself and I am indulging in it sinfully i must admit. The Hair straightener does not snag my hair and it looks like its worth a million bucks although I have yet to further test the Hair Dryer on its ability to dry my hair faster( I have thick luscious hair ;)) Ry customer service is hands down the best i have had. Professional and to the point.
Plates dont close and leave a gap. dosnt straighter hair properly was a big waste of my money, GHD straighteners have gone down hill
