Directions:

• Apply Eyebrow Powder with a natural hair brush evenly onto the brows.
• This product can be applied dry or wet if desired.
• In combination with Cake Eyeliner Sealer Eyebrow Powder becomes smudge-proof.
• Remove with Eye Make-up Remover.
