I was very disappointed with this Loreal primer. It gives a very light coat, insufficient by comparison to the Shiseido mascara base I used before buying this one. It appears to dry soon enough. But it made my mascara very slow to dry. I would not recommend this product. Perhaps expecting a treatment serum in a mascara base is too much to ask of Loreal? Sorry, I cannot recommend this product.
