Apply alongside the outer edge of the lips, defining and shaping your pout. For a plumping effect, subtly overline the lips, focusing on the cupid's bow and bottom edge of the lower lip. TIP: Sharpen (using a cosmetic sharpener) before use to remove the protective outer layer.
