Dab the applicator onto the eye area or area of concern, wait 15 seconds and blend in with fingertips. Reapply after 1 minute if extra coverage is needed. For dark circles, apply after foundation. As an eye shadow base, apply before eye shadow application. Can be used on its own, under foundation or over foundation.
