Always apply concealer and/or corrector, primer and eye shadow before using the eye liner. Application 1. Begin by giving an upward direction to your line. Draw a straight line from the outer corner of the eye outward, the wing. 2. Then apply the liner from the outside to the inside of the eye, without pulling the skin (to avoid smudging). You can stop the line at the middle of the iris to rework the thickness, the height or the direction of your line. 3. Finish the line towards the inner corner of the eye. 4. Finally, 2 mm from the outer corner of the eye, leave the natural contour of the eyelid to produce the desired wing shape.
