Directions
<p>Mix 1 tsp (5g) of GLOW and 1 tbsp (15mL) of ANTIOXIDANT in 200mL of water, a smoothie or your favourite drink. Can be taken together or separately.</p> <p>For optimal results, both should be consumed daily in chilled or room temperature beverages.</p> <p>WELL SPRAY Inner Beauty Support: Take 12 sprays (1.2mL) orally per day-4 sprays, 3 times daily. Enjoy up to 20 sprays (2mL) daily.</p>
