Step 1 - Refine with Birch Body Scrub

Tired skin reawakens when our unique wax pearls get to work - the tiny granules are made from natural waxes, especially gentle on the skin and doing no harm to the environment. Step 2 - Massage with Birch Cellulite Oil
Weleda's Birch Cellulite Oil is a completely natural treatment for cellulite using precious plant ingredients. Extracts from young birch leaves, rosemary and butcher's broom (ruscus) stimulate the skin's metabolism. They're blended with active carrier oils, including vitamin rich wheatgerm and jojoba - famously able to hold moisture where it is meant to be. Invigorating grapefruit and cypress oils for fragrance - everything in this oil is here for a purpose. And it works.
Step 3 - Purify with Organic Birch Juice
The bright, fresh leaves of birch in spring are full of dynamic essences being carried from the roots to the leaves. We harvest young leaves from controlled wild collections and carefully process them to preserve natural flavonoids, saponins and tannins. Organic lemon juice completes the treat. Fresh and tart-tasting, it's ideal as part of a spring or autumn régime.

Directions
<p><strong>Step 1: </strong>Once a week, in the shower, massage the body scrub onto wet skin with circular motions, concentraing especially on problem zones. Rinse off thoroughly</p> <p><strong>Step 2: </strong>Apply cellulite oil in a circular massage action over thighs, hips and botton. Best used twice daily for four weeks, then once daily thereafter to maintain the effect.</p> <p><strong>Step 3:</strong> 2-3 times a day, mix a tablespoon of the juice with cold or warm water, or add to milk, youghurt, quark or muesli.</p>
