We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
Faulty, damaged or reaction-related returns may be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit — conditions apply.
Please note:
- Products must be in original condition
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty or sent in error)
- Makeup and fragrance are not eligible for change-of-mind returns
