A+ retinol complex is the next evolution of asap's long-standing super A+ serum, and it replaces that formula in the range. Where the original leaned on Retinol alone, this one pairs Retinol with marine-derived Xanthophylls in a multi-pathway retinoid complex, so the skin is renewed through two routes at once rather than one.
That second pathway is what changes the experience. Xanthophylls are retinoid-like compounds that selectively target Retinoic Acid Receptors beta, and they have been shown to enhance Retinol's performance and outperform Retinol alone on both wrinkles and dark spots. The practical upshot is high-efficacy renewal with less of the irritation traditional retinoids are known for — the trade-off that stops most people from using Vitamin A consistently.
The supporting cast has been rebuilt too. A Biomimetic Tripeptide speeds cell turnover and refines surface texture, Crosslinked Hyaluronic Acid delivers five times the moisturising power and fifty times the moisture retention of traditional Hyaluronic Acid, Cestrum Latifolium Leaf Extract calms reactive skin, and Vitamin E guards against free radical damage. Together they target fine lines, uneven tone, textural irregularities and dullness.
It arrives in 30mL airless packaging that protects the formula from oxidation and contamination, wastes less product, and has a fill-level indicator window so you can see what is left. Suitable for all skin types.

Apply sparingly in the PM. Alternatively, mix with super B complex or N20 peptide complex prior to application.
Limit initial use to once or twice weekly, gradually increasing frequency as tolerated to alternate evenings or every evening.
Use A+ retinol complex and radiance serum on alternate evenings.
Professional use: suitable to be infused with asap microplus+, sonophoresis and galvanic treatments.
Precautions: avoid use while pregnant. Do not use while taking prescription acne medication. Always use sunscreen during the day when using a Vitamin A treatment.
