Not for me

I had hi hopes for this Curling wand, my hairdresser recommended it to me. However I found with my thick hair it hardly curls at all. I am not taking any more than an inch of hair at a time.

It's almost like it's Not hot enough and I am on the maximum setting of 25
I am calling today for a refund. I do not recommend this curler for the care at all
