Blinc Black Lash Primer is the key to fuller, longer-looking lashes and a true black mascara finish. Many traditional white primers can interfere with application and reduce intensity, but this innovative black primer enhances volume while maintaining the deepest black colour.

Created for both treatment and enhancement, the formula contains Pentapeptide-17 to encourage lash growth and strengthening over time. Added vitamins including D-Panthenol and Tocopherol Acetate provide hydration, nourishment, and protection against daily stressors. With no fumes or fragrances, the formula is safe and comfortable around the eyes.

Within 60 seconds of application, multiple coats can be layered to create a voluminous foundation. The precision silicone wand separates and lengthens each lash, preparing them for mascara application. Once layered, lashes are left with a bold, glossy black finish that lasts. The primer removes easily with a standard makeup remover.

Apply before mascara, as many coats as desired within 60 seconds to immediately to achieve a foundation of fuller, thicker lashes. Can be removed with eye makeup remover.
