Apply a lash primer first and follow with the Power Lash mascara. It’s not recommended to use the Clinique Lash Building Primer Start with this mascara. Start at the base of your lashes and wiggle the brush up to the tip of the lashes, and for lower lashes, hold wand vertically. For an even more intense effect, begin with a lash curler before applying your primer and mascara. To prevent clumping, let the mascara dry between coats. When removing the mascara, use your fingertips to splash warm water (bath temperature is ideal) on lashes several times and press gently. A wet cotton pad with warm water can also be used, press to the eye and then wipe away.
