Use the esmi kabuki brush or a large powder brush to press down on mesh and apply. Can be used alone or lightly dusted over BB Cream or Maximum Coverage Liquid Foundation. Re-Apply for additional coverage.
If applying on top of the Liquid Mineral Foundation, chose a lighter powder shade than the liquid shade, for example using the #2-3 in liquid, you may want to use the #1 powder over the top.
