Medik8's answer to acid toners that sting and dry out the skin. Press & Glow uses 5.5% gluconolactone - a polyhydroxy acid - to lift dead surface cells without the harshness of a traditional AHA.
PHAs have a larger molecule than glycolic acid, so they work on the surface rather than driving deep, and they are humectant in their own right. That is why this formula exfoliates and hydrates at the same time instead of trading one for the other.
Over time it creates a smoother, more even surface that absorbs active ingredients better, so your vitamin C and vitamin A work harder. Prickly pear extract boosts the skin's own exfoliation process, while acai and aloe vera calm and hydrate.
It is gentle enough for twice-daily use, even on sensitive skin, and it is the exfoliant to choose if glycolic acid has caused problems before.
Press the integrated pad and sweep across a cleansed face morning and/or evening - no cotton pads required. Follow with serum and moisturiser.
Use it in place of a toner, not alongside one. It is the exfoliating step that pairs best with a vitamin A routine because it is mild enough not to compound it - but still skip it on the nights skin feels sensitive.
KEY INGREDIENTS
5.5% Gluconolactone (PHA): A high-performing polyhydroxy acid (PHA), gluconolactone works by converting into gluconic acid to gently exfoliate and hydrate the skin surface. The result is a visibly smoother, glowing and more even skin surface.
Prickly Pear Extract: A natural enzyme activator, it helps to boost the skin's natural exfoliation process as well as its rate of cell renewal. This helps to improve the visible clarity and luminosity of the skin, as well as the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Acai Extract: This natural extract can help to calm inflammation, while protecting the skin against the damaging and ageing effects of free radicals.
Aloe Vera: Aloe vera helps to reduce skin irritation, enhance the skin's moisture retention abilities and prevent free radical damage.

How To Use
How To Use
First-time use: If you're new to Press & Glow, we recommend a patch test at least 24 hours before first use. Apply once a day and note the skin's response, then use up to twice daily.
Step 1: Unlock by twisting the top half of the pump anti-clockwise until it clicks.
Step 2: After cleansing in the morning and evening, hold a facial pad (reusable is best) firmly over Press & Glow and push down 3-4 times.
Step 3: Sweep the pad over the complexion, avoiding the delicate eye area.
Step 4: Twist the pump clockwise until it clicks to secure.
Step 5 (Using Your Refill): For Press & Glow Refill, transfer the pump saved from your previous Press & Glow bottle onto the Press & Glow Refill. Twist clockwise until it clicks into place.

I ordered this product on January 9th and was told it would arrive in 3 days. It never showed up and then I got an email saying it was sold out nation wide and I would receive it in a month, once the shipment arrived. Then I got 3 more emails each pushing a date back another month, so I called customer service to see what was happening and was given 2 options, 1) cancel my order, or 2) just wait for it. No apology, no suggestion for similar products, no small discount voucher for being totally screwed over. Yet, despite the fact that it will not be available until April (if then), it is still up for sale on the website. Don't waste your time or money.
I noticed a difference in my skin within 3 days. By day three I stated to notice the glow. Morning of day 4 my skin was so soft and supple.
I've been using it morning and night. Night time I double cleanse my make up off, applied the toner, followed by B & A serums and then moisturizer to complete my pm routine.
Mornings I have been rinsing my face with water. Applying the toner then a B & C serums followed by a moisturizer and then make up.
I has already been using these serums and moisturizer. Adding the toner has really helped brighten my skin
Great bottle easy to to dispense the product and it's fantastic to be able to buy a refill instead of the full product again. This product is not harsh on the skin and when combine with the retinol or vitamin C serum works wonders on that glow. Will be buying another one once this bottle is finished.
