Directions
<p>Dampen your spoolie with water or 1 spritz of Camera Finish Matte Setting Spray, then tap off any excess moisture. Load spoolie with product and comb through your brows. Apply the product in thin layers, brushing brow hairs upwards and outwards until you achieve your desired result.</p> <p><strong>PRO TIPS:</strong></p> <p>Wet your spoolie with water or a setting spray, tap off the excess and load spoolie with product to comb through brows.
