Ordered this item, but got sent the wrong item!
When I contacted the company they refused to send the correct item until I returned the incorrect one, which I had to pay for package and postage of, and had to request a reimbursement for this!
I tried on many occasions to advise this was a gift for a special someone for their birthday and the celebration starting their hair dressing apprenticeship. And that I needed to correct item ASAP!!!
Many messages back and forth with their customer service portal where everyone said something different, and no one would help. It took so much time and back and forth to get this sorted out!!
Not appreciate service for a company your size considerate the error was yours to begin with.
