Directions
Step 1 – Protect:
Apply Nourish Mineral Sunscreen SPF30 generously to clean, dry skin at least 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours, or after swimming, sweating, or towel drying, for continuous protection.
Step 2 – Recover:
After sun exposure, apply a generous layer of Hydrate Recovery Gel to face and body. Massage gently until absorbed. Reapply as needed to cool, soothe, and restore skin hydration.
